Vulcan has submitted an application for design review to the City of Bellevue for approval. The land owned by Vulcan is located at 555 108th Avenue Northeast. Approval to construct the 42-story office tower over a two-story podium and seven levels of below grade parking is PENDING. In total, the project would total almost 1.5 million gross square feet.
In addition to the office tower, a single-story pavilion structure has been proposed. This proposal includes almost 1,400 parking stalls and seven below-grade parking level.
