  • June 2020 vs. June 2019 – up 6% or 933 pending transactions in 2020 vs. 883 pending transactions in 2019

34% of sold properties sold for more than the original asking price in June 2020. The median amount paid over the original list price was 4%. 62.2% of the properties that sold had less than 15 days on the market.
